At Unforged, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We’re confident you’ll love Unforged, but we understand skincare is personal, and results may vary. If our cream doesn’t meet your expectations or provide the desired benefits, you can return it—even if it has been opened and used. Refunds apply to your first purchase only.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email hello@unforged.eu with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Pack and Ship: Ensure your product is securely packed. Use a trackable shipping method if possible.

Processing Time: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
